Alicia Carpenter

Office Manager

Alicia Carpenter serves as the firm’s administrative cornerstone, ensuring daily operations run with precision and efficiency. Since joining the team, Alicia has managed a wide range of responsibilities, including billing and payroll, accounts receivable and payable, IT assistance, human resources, marketing, development of internal reports, account reconciliation, and support in legal work. Her strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills allow her to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Alicia is a lifelong western Oklahoman. She graduated from Leedey High School and earned her associate’s degree in business administration from Western Technology Center in Burns Flat. She and her husband, Brandon, now raise their two children—MaKinlee and Gage—on the same family homestead where Alicia grew up. Their children are the sixth generation to live on the property, a legacy that is deeply meaningful to their family.

Outside the office, Alicia helps her husband manage their family farm, where they run 150 head of cattle. Her family is active in Cornerstone Church of Clinton, and she lives by the guiding principle: “faith first, family second, career third.” Alicia, Brandon, and the kids enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, and camping together, and much of their free time is spent supporting MaKinlee and Gage in their various sports, including softball, basketball, and track.
