Staci Masquelier-Sweeden is an associate attorney with Graft & Walraven, PLLC. She primarily focuses on estate and succession planning, probate and trust administration, real property law, elder law, and business transactions. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Custer County Bar Association.
Staci received her Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in May of 2022. While at OCU, Staci completed her externship at the Oklahoma County Courthouse Access Clinic assisting pro se litigants with minor guardianships, adult guardianships, and probates. In her last year of law school, Staci received the top grade in her oil and gas contracts class, as well as the Charles Nesbitt Energy Law Award for excellence in oil and gas law.
While earning her law degree, Staci worked for Graft & Walraven as a legal intern assisting attorneys in matters involving real estate, estate planning, probates, and oil and gas law. Having deep family roots in Western Oklahoma, Staci is familiar with the challenges and opportunities inherent in all of these areas.
Prior to law school, Staci earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and her Master of Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Staci and her husband, Ryan, live in Weatherford and are the proud parents of daughter, Isabelle.
