Breck was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma where she currently resides. Upon graduation from Deer Creek High School, Breck left Edmond to pursue her degree at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. In May 2021 she earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a specific concentration in policy.
Throughout her time on campus, Babbs was actively involved in University life being a part of Gamma Phi Beta sorority as well as a member of the Environmental Science Club and the Beekeeping Club.
In her free time, Breck enjoys getting outdoors with her dog, Jones, doing yoga, painting, trying new restaurants around OKC, and reading.
